  • You agree not to misuse our website, attempt fraud, or violate any applicable laws.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed on Carexia.pk are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location (usually 2–7 working days).

  • Carexia.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Carexia.pk allows you to open your parcel in front of the courier at the time of delivery.

  • If the product is broken, damaged, not original, or incorrect, you may return it immediately on the spot.

  • Once the product is accepted and the courier leaves, it will not be returnable, to prevent fraud and as per Carexia’s policy.

  • If the courier rider does not allow you to open the parcel, please call us immediately on our contact number before accepting the parcel.

  • Customers must check products carefully upon delivery before accepting them.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Carexia guarantees that all products are 100% original and authentic.

  • While every product is carefully checked, results may vary depending on individual skin type or usage.

  • In case of any genuine issue, Carexia’s responsibility will be limited to providing a refund or replacement up to the value of the purchased product.

  • Please note: If you purchase Carexia products from unauthorized or non-official sources, they may be duplicate or counterfeit.

  • Carexia does not authorize other stores to sell its products. Authentic Carexia items are available only through our official website (Carexia.pk), our verified Daraz store, and our official WhatsApp number. Purchases made outside these channels are not covered by Carexia’s policy.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
