Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

  • Customers may open their parcel in front of the courier at the time of delivery.

  • If the product is broken, damaged, incorrect, or not original, you may return it immediately on the spot.

  • Once the courier leaves and the parcel is accepted, it will not be returnable as per Carexia’s policy.

  • Customers must check products carefully upon delivery before accepting them.

Refunds

  • If you face an issue with a product purchased from Carexia and provide valid proof (such as the item being damaged, incorrect, or not original at the time of delivery), Carexia will issue a refund or replacement up to the value of your purchase.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for exchange only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, and the issue is reported immediately at the time of delivery.

  • Once the parcel is accepted and the courier has left, exchanges will not be possible.
