Returns
Customers may open their parcel in front of the courier at the time of delivery.
If the product is broken, damaged, incorrect, or not original, you may return it immediately on the spot.
Once the courier leaves and the parcel is accepted, it will not be returnable as per Carexia’s policy.
Customers must check products carefully upon delivery before accepting them.
Refunds
If you face an issue with a product purchased from Carexia and provide valid proof (such as the item being damaged, incorrect, or not original at the time of delivery), Carexia will issue a refund or replacement up to the value of your purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Products are eligible for exchange only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, and the issue is reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Once the parcel is accepted and the courier has left, exchanges will not be possible.
